| What are the steps involved while signing up? |
The sign up procedure is quite easy and you need to follow these steps.
- Locate the plan which you wish to purchase.
- Click on Order now button.
- Enter the number of mail boxes you want in case of Hosted Exchange Signup and decide if you need SharePoint Hosting too. Move to the next step.
- Confirm the plan; quantity and price.
- Enter your card details and other fields in the "Payment Information" Form.
- Click on Submit.
- On Payment confirmation screen you will be redirected to the Account Configuration page.
Before you start using the service; its important that you configure your new account so that you can use. Please note that the service can be only used after you have configured your account. To configure your account, please follow the steps given below.
On all page of Account Administration Panel; help is available. You need to move your mouse on the titles to see the explanation. Please do not ignore the details written below the fields in light blue color. If you face problems while signing up click on the “Live Chat” icon on the left hand side and our support representative will guide you through the process.
Once you have configured your account and made changes to the DNS; you will be able to use your account.
