Is there a message size limit?

Yes. 50MB. If your messages are bigger than 50MB's then you have one of the following options:

Reduce the message size, either by breaking up attachments into multiple emails or compress the attachments(.zip/.rar).

A great solution is to send the file with a file delivery service, which will email a link to download the file or provide a link you can cut-and-paste into an email.
