I have just signed up. What's the next step? If so, what happens when they are exceeded?

In order for your SharePoint site to be accessible, you will need to create a CName DNS entry with your DNS provider (who ever you bought your domain from).
CName

yoursharepointdomain.com* -> sharepoint.hostmailserver.com

*The address of your SharePoint site (example: sharepoint.yourdomain.com) which would be created through the Account Administration Panel.
If you have not added the SharePoint Site while signing up; you can visit the following link and add your SharePoint. https://cp.apps4rent.com. After configuring the domain from the above link please follow the steps give above in 'a'
