I have just signed up. What's the next step? If so, what happens when they are exceeded?

You need to contact your domain registrar; and have them add an 'A' record for your new SharePoint Site and point it to 198.77.13.246 .
For example: if you have created a SharePoint Site with the name intranet.<yourdomainname>.com; you need to contact your domain registrar and have them add a 'A' record for intranet.<yourdomainname>.com and point it to 198.77.13.246.
<yourdomainname>.com is the one that you already own.
If you have not added the SharePoint Site while signing up; you can visit the following link and add your SharePoint. https://cp.apps4rent.com. After configuring the domain from the above link please follow the steps give above in 'a'
