Can I take snapshot of my OS?

We do take regular backups of your Virtual Dedicated Server. We can restore the snapshot for you at a small fee. Also, if you want us to provide you with a snapshot of your Virtual Dedicated Server then we can upload it to an FTP location. There are additional charges to such requests.
