Managing the look and feel of Outlook Web Access (OWA):
Number of items to display per page: Outlook Web Access displays e-mail messages in groups of 5 to 100 messages per page. You can move from page to page by using the controls at the bottom of the page.
Set the number of e-mail messages or items that you want to display in the Outlook Web Access interface. You can configure the number of items to be displayed in increments of 5 up to 50, and to 75 and 100. This setting is maintained separately in Outlook Web Access Light and Outlook Web Access Premium.
After moving or deleting an item: Use this option to configure the action that you want Outlook Web Access to take after you move or delete a message.
Select the best option for notification of arrival of new items. You need to check mark the desired option
• Play a sound when new items arrive.
• Display a notification when new e-mail items arrive.
• Display a notification when new voice mail items arrive.
• Display a notification when new fax items arrive.
