Configuring Windows 5.0 based mobile devices to sync with hosted Exchange server
How to configure Windows 5.0 mobile devices to synchronize with Apps4Rent hosted Exchange server 1. Click Start. 2. Select Activesync. 3. Hit Menu. 4. Select Configure Server. 5. Enter the Exchange Server name or address: webmail.apps4rent.com 6. Put a check box below This server requires an encrypted (SSL) connection to use a SSL protocol for server access. 7. Hit Next. 8. Enter in your User Name / Password / Domain information. Username: <SAM NAME IN CONTROL PANEL> OR <USER_NAME> Password: <password set by you> Domain Information: apps4rent (NOT NEEDED IF YOU USE E-MAIL ADDRESS AS YOUR LOGIN) 9. Hit Next. 10. Select what information you would like to sync and then hit finish.
