Users I added through the control panel do not show up on my site. Is there something else I have to do?
If you don’t see the user in the sub site, then follow the steps given:
a) In “People and Groups” click on “New”
b) Now, on the drop down click on “Add users”
c) Please search for the user using either of the icons.
d) You can also decide the permission here.
e) Finally, click on “Ok” at the bottom.
