Setting up Palm Pre for Synchronization with Hosted Exchange
How to set up Palm Pre to Sync with Hosted Exchange by Apps4Rent
1. Please run the E-mail application in the Palm Pre by tapping the icon of an envelope at the bottom of the screen.
2. Now, tap the E-mail tab in the upper-left of the screen. This will bring up Palm Pre’s Program’s menu.
3. Tap the Manual Setup option
4. In Mail Type tap Exchange EAS
5. Fill in the mailbox’s ActiveSync information
Email Address: your Apps4Rent Hosted Exchange 2007 email address
Mail Server : webmail.apps4rent.com
DOMAIN: APPS4RENT
Username : This would be your SAM ACCOUNT NAME (you can check the sam account name in the Apps4Rent control panel under Login name)
6. Tap Sign in
