  • Enable tracking by class feature by navigating to Accounting menu.
  • Go to Payroll & Employees and make QuickBooks’ list format same as Replicons’ list.
  • Create timesheets in QuickBooks using time entry information transferred from Replicon.
  • Launch QuickBooks and open a company file from which you want to transfer data.
  • Select the Yes, always button or option to the dialog box which may appear indicating that Replicon is attempting to access the QuickBooks company file without a certificate.
  • Launch the integration module by selecting Replicon: Integration Manager from the QuickBooks File menu.
  • Enter your Replicon Host, Company Name, Login Name, and Password.
  • Select Connect.
  • A second dialog box will be displayed to indicate that the integration module is attempting to access QuickBooks without a certificate. First, enable the check box labeled “Allow this application to access”.
  • Select the “Yes, always” button or option.
  • Finally, select “Yes” if asked to confirm.
