I appear to be able to send e-mails okay, but no one can send me e-mails.
To address the issue emails not getting delivered; we will need to check the following:
1. Please ensure your Domain MX records are pointed correct to our Exchange server (please make sure to point to the MX mentioned in the welcome mail you received while signing up):
domainname.com mx1.hostmailserver.com, use priority 10
domainname.com mx2.hostmailserver.com, use priority 20
Or
domainname.com mx9.hostmailserver.com, use priority 10
domainname.com mx10.hostmailserver.com, use priority 20
(Domainname.com is the domain that you signed up with us. Please contact your domain registrar to make the changes.)
2. In-case, if the MX records are pointed our exchange server then please forward the Non Deliverable e-mail to support@apps4rent.com for further investigation.
