  • Log into your OrderPort account.
  • Select “Compliance” from the top menu and then select “QuickBooks.”
  • Fill in the required fields according to your requirements and click on the “Save” button from the bottom of the page.
  • Go to the “Web Connector” tab and click on the “Download QWC File” button.
  • Next, install the Web Connector.
  • Launch QuickBooks and open the company file you want to import to QuickBooks.
  • Launch Web Connector and click on the “Add an Application” button.
  • Locate and select the .QWC file that you downloaded from OrderPort Admin, then click “open.”
  • A “Authorize New Web Service” window will pop up, click on the “OK” button.
  • Next, a QuickBooks certification window will pop up, select “Yes, always; allow access even if QuickBooks is not running” and click on the “Continue” button.
  • A confirmation window will show, click on the “Done” button.
  • Next, in the Web Connector, update the password field using the same password you saved in OrderPort Admin.
  • Finally, check the box from the left side then click on “Update Selected.”
