How to Integrate MeasureSquare CRM with QuickBooks?

The steps mentioned below guide users through the process of integrating MeasureSquare CRM with QuickBooks Online. Currently, MeasureSquare only supports integration with QuickBooks Online, and the following steps do not apply to QuickBooks Desktop.

  1. Login to your Measuresquare account, click on your profile, and go to Settings.
  2. Navigate to Integrations on the left-hand side.
  3. Click the button labeled Install to connect your QuickBooks Online account.
  4. Use your credentials to authorize the integration.
  5. Go to the CRM and open the Deal screen.
  6. Create a new deal or open an existing one.
  7. Attach a diagram to the deal by clicking ADD next to diagrams and selecting Add existing diagram.
  8. Create a quote by clicking Create Quote and reviewing the product quantities, pricing, and customer information.
  9. Save the quote and then click the three dots in the upper right, selecting Sync to QuickBooks.
  10. Confirm the sync and check for the message indicating the sync was successful.
  11. In QuickBooks, go to Bookkeeping and select All Sales.
  12. Find the estimate created and click on Edit to review the products, quantities, and pricing imported from MeasureSquare.
