How to add or remove attendees to a meeting
\n<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Please create a meeting first and then follow the steps given below.<\/p>\n

To add attendees to a meeting:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Type the names of attendees in the Required or Option fields.<\/p>\n

You can also add names, distribution lists, or resources (such as a conference room) to your meeting request by clicking Required, Optional, or Resources on the meeting request.<\/p>\n

2. This opens the Address Book.<\/p>\n

3. You can search for a person in Global Address list or your own Contacts folder.<\/p>\n

4. Select the name and then click Required, Optional, or Resources in the meeting recipients section below.<\/p>\n

To delete a name from the address boxes<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Right-click the name<\/p>\n

2. Click Remove<\/p>\n

Alternately, you can select the name and press DELETE.<\/p>\n
