Follow the procedure below to open shared calendars on your Apps4Rent hosted exchange account through Microsoft Entourage.<\/p>\n
1. Open Microsoft Entourage. \n2. Click Calendar in the upper left corner of the window.
\n3. Click File > Open Other User\u2019s Folder….
\n4. Click on the icon besides the user box (Find user)
\n5. This will give you new screen to type email address to search, please click on Advanced.
\n6. Now specify the Name, Email Address and Exchange Server (https:\/\/webmail.apps4rent.com\/exchange<\/a>\/)
\n7. Now click on OK twice to synchronize. After synchronization, you will see the shared calendar available to view and edit (according to permissions assigned)<\/p>\n
