How to configure RPC over http in Outlook 2003.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n


\nPerform the following steps to create the Outlook 2003 profile:
\n<\/strong>
\n<\/em><\/span>1.\u00a0Open Control Panel
\n2.\u00a0Double Click on Mail
\n3.\u00a0Select the option Add a new e-mail account and hit Next button
\n4.\u00a0Choose Microsoft Exchange Server for the type of server and click Next
\n5.\u00a0Enter the following details.<\/span><\/p>\n

a.\u00a0\u00a0 In “Microsoft Exchange Server” enter exmbx01<\/span><\/p>\n

b.\u00a0\u00a0 Enter the Username<\/span><\/p>\n

c.\u00a0\u00a0 Select More Settings.<\/span><\/p>\n

* Pease DO NOT CLICK on Check Name button on this screen.<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

6.\u00a0In the next screen, please click CANCEL
\n7.\u00a0You will be taken to the screen which has tabs.\u00a0 Please choose the fourth tab Connection
\n8.\u00a0In the connection tab, put a check mark on Connect to my Exchange mailbox using HTTP & click on Exchange Proxy Settings
\n9.\u00a0In the next screen, inside “Connection Settings”; Enter the following details:<\/span><\/p>\n

a.\u00a0\u00a0 In the “https:\/\/” enter webmail.apps4rent.com<\/span><\/p>\n

b.\u00a0\u00a0 Put a check mark next to “Connect Using SSL”.<\/span><\/p>\n

c.\u00a0\u00a0 Enable “Mutually authenticate the session when connecting with SSL.<\/span><\/p>\n

d.\u00a0\u00a0 “Principal name for Proxy Server” will be msstd:webmail.apps4rent.com<\/span><\/p>\n

e.\u00a0\u00a0 Enable both “On fast networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP\/IP” and “On slow networks, connect using HTTP first, then connect using TCP\/IP”<\/span><\/p>\n

10.\u00a0 In “Proxy Authentication settings” select “NTLM Authentication”<\/span><\/p>\n

11.\u00a0Click Ok to complete configuration.<\/span><\/p>\n
