Drop down to &#8220;Creating Inbox Rules&#8221;.<br \/>\n5. Click on &#8220;New&#8221;.<br \/>\n6. From the first dropdown box select any one type of rules below:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>It was received from<\/strong><\/span>: Click on &#8220;Select people&#8221; and from new message box select the user, user will appear in the &#8220;From&#8221; box at the bottom and then select &#8220;OK&#8221;.<br \/>\n&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>It was sent to:<\/strong><\/span> Click on &#8220;Select people&#8221; and from new message box select the user, user will appear in the &#8220;To&#8221; box at the bottom and then select &#8220;OK&#8221;.<br \/>\n&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>It includes these words in the subject:<\/strong><\/span> Click on &#8220;Enter words&#8221; and type the word in the box.&nbsp; Then click on the green plus mark on the right and click on &#8220;OK&#8221;. You can add multiple words or phrases in this way.<br \/>\n&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>It includes these words in the subject or body:<\/strong><\/span> Click on &#8220;Enter words&#8221; and type the word in the box. You can add multiple words or phrases in this way.<br \/>\n&#8211; My name is in the to or CC box<br \/>\n&#8211; Apply to all messages.<\/p>\n<p>7. &nbsp; From the second drop down box select whether to move, redirect or delete the message below:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Move the message to the folder<\/strong><\/span>: Click on &#8220;Select one&#8221; and highlight the folder from the pop up message box and click on &#8220;OK&#8221;.<br \/>\n&#8211;<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong> Mark the message with a category<\/strong><\/span>: click on &#8220;Select one&#8221; and select the category color and click on &#8220;OK&#8221;<br \/>\n&#8211; <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Redirect the message to<\/strong><\/span>: Click on &#8220;Select people&#8221; and from new message box select the user. The user will appear in the &#8220;From&#8221; box at the bottom then select &#8220;OK&#8221;.<br \/>\n&#8211; &#8220;Delete the message&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>8.&nbsp; You can click on &#8220;More Options&#8221; to setup more Exceptions.<\/p>\n<p>9.&nbsp; Finally click on &#8220;Save&#8221; at the bottom right to save the rule.<\/p>\n<p>TIP:<\/p>\n<p><em>*&nbsp; You can right click an e-mail from outlook Web App and create a rule.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to manage Outlook Web App rules? 1.
