Log into the OWA<br \/>\n2. Click on Mail on the left.<br \/>\n3. Click on &#8220;Options&#8221; on right hand corner.<br \/>\n4. Select &#8220;Set Automatic Replies&#8221; from drop down.<br \/>\n5. Select the radio button &#8220;Send automatic replies&#8221;.<br \/>\n6. Select the time period of absence when replies are to be sent.<br \/>\n7. Type the message to be sent to either sender\u2019s from inside outside the organization.<br \/>\n8. Also select to send to senders in contact list or external senders.<br \/>\n9.
