{"id":8027,"date":"2010-10-15T14:40:49","date_gmt":"2010-10-15T18:40:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apps4rent.com\/support\/?p=8027"},"modified":"2022-06-02T11:42:37","modified_gmt":"2022-06-02T11:42:37","slug":"cannot-see-all-options-in-the-control-panel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apps4rent.com\/support\/kb\/article\/cannot-see-all-options-in-the-control-panel","title":{"rendered":"Cannot see all options in the Control Panel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Issue:<\/strong><\/span> I am not able to see all the options in the Control Panel.&nbsp; For example:&nbsp; Option to delete a user.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Solution:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.&nbsp;&nbsp; Please try using Internet Explorer as your browser.&nbsp; IE 7.0 or higher is recommended.<\/p>\n<p>2.&nbsp;&nbsp; Please ensure that you are the administrator for the control panel.&nbsp; You can verify this by clicking on your name in the Control Panel and check the Permission.&nbsp; It should be Company Administrator.&nbsp; Alternately, you need to verify if you are able to see Company Info in the left menu.<\/p>\n<p>3.&nbsp;&nbsp; Change your control panel language.&nbsp; Select Language as English from the Top Right Hand Side.<\/p>\n<p>4.&nbsp;&nbsp; Change your browser Language for some time.<\/p>\n<p>a.&nbsp;&nbsp; In Internet Explorer, please click on Tools and click Internet Options.<\/p>\n<p>b.&nbsp;&nbsp; Please click on Languages Button at the bottom.<\/p>\n<p>c.&nbsp;&nbsp; Click on Add.<\/p>\n<p>d.&nbsp;&nbsp; Scroll through the list and select English (United States) [en-us].<\/p>\n<p>e.&nbsp;&nbsp; From the Language box, highlight English (United States) [en-us] and click on Move up.<\/p>\n<p>f.&nbsp;&nbsp; Click on OK.&nbsp; Close all your browsers.<\/p>\n<p>g.&nbsp;&nbsp; Open a browser again and type in https:\/\/cp.apps4rent.com and login.<\/p>\n<p>h.&nbsp; Perform the necessary tasks.<\/p>\n<p>i.&nbsp;&nbsp; From the Languages section; click your local language that you had as default previously and click on Move up.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Issue: I am not able to see all the options in the Control Panel.&nbsp; For example:&nbsp; Option to delete a user.
