With Intellisync you have the ability to synchronize your Address Book, Calendar, Memopad, and Tasks. To make sure they are synchronized do the following:<\/p>\n<p>1) Double-click Intellisync. Click Configure PIM.<\/p>\n<p>2) Tick off which aspects you want to Sync.<\/p>\n<p>3) Configure sync by hitting Choose.<\/p>\n<p>4) Select BlackBerry Wireless Sync as the wireless calendar translator.<\/p>\n<p>5) In the Intellisync window, click Synchronize Now.<\/p>\n<p><strong> <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Synchronizing Blackberry 9630 Tour with <\/span><\/strong><a title=\"Microsoft Exchange\" href=\"https:\/\/www.apps4rent.com\/microsoft-exchange.html\">Microsoft Exchange<\/a><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"> Server using Blackberry Enterprise Server<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To configure your email accounts directly from your BlackBerry smartphone, follow these instructions:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>To get to the email setup site:\n<ul>\n<li>If there\u2019s an <strong>Email Setup<\/strong> option on your smartphone\u2019s home screen, click it.<\/li>\n<li>Alternately, there\u2019s a setup wizard on the smartphone that will either start automatically the first time you turn on your smartphone or will be featured as an icon on the home screen of your smartphone. When you reach the email setup screen of the setup wizard, select <strong>I want to create or add an email address<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>To accept the terms of the license agreement, select the <strong>I have read and understand the End User Agreement<\/strong> option or check box. Click <strong>I Agree<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>To integrate an email address you already use, enter your full email address and the password for that email account.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Next<\/strong>. The site will confirm if the email address has been successfully added. Then click <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>If you want to create a new email address for your BlackBerry smartphone (e.g. username@carrier.blackberry.com), you\u2019ll need to do one of the following, depending on your smartphone:\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>Create a BlackBerry email address<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>OR<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<ul>\n<li>Click <strong>I would like to create a new BlackBerry email address<\/strong>.Then, type the user name that you want to appear before the @ sign in your new BlackBerry email address. Click <strong>Next<\/strong>, followed by <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To return to the setup wizard, click <strong>Log Out<\/strong> or <strong>Close<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Set up your email from your computer<\/h4>\n<p>Select your wireless service provider below to visit their BlackBerry\u00ae Internet Bundle website and set up your email account(s):<\/p>\n<p>If your wireless service provider isn\u2019t listed here, please refer to your service provider\u2019s website, inbox documentation or support site.<\/p>\n<h3>Corporate Email<\/h3>\n<p>Use the BlackBerry\u00ae Enterprise Server option to associate your smartphone with a Microsoft\u00ae Outlook\u00ae, IBM\u00ae Lotus Notes\u00ae or Novell\u00ae GroupWise\u00ae work email account.<\/p>\n<p>If your system administrator has provided you with an enterprise activation password, you can set up email using this option by selecting <strong>I want to use a work email account with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server<\/strong> in the setup wizard on your smartphone.
