Nokia 9300<\/strong><\/span> is a Nokia Series 80 Symbian Smartphone which gives access to your important Outlook mails even when you are away from your desk.

Synchronize Nokia 9300 with <\/span><\/strong><\/strong>Microsoft Exchange Server<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

In Nokia 9300, the Mail for Exchange comes pre-installed (built into the firmware), so no files need to be downloaded and installed (.sisx files). Perform the following steps to create a Mail for Exchange mailbox:<\/p>\n

  1. Press Menu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Select New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Select Start<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter your Email address <\/strong>for your corporate email account.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Select Mail for Exchange<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. Enter User name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  9. Enter Domain<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  10. Enter Mail for Exchange server name <\/strong>(web address for Exchange server).<\/li>\n
  11. Select Ok<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The PIM data (Contacts, Calendar and To-do’s) synchronization is disabled by default perform the following to enable:<\/p>\n

    1. Select Menu.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Select Email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Select Settings.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Select Personal Information Manager.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Select Applications<\/strong> (the following steps will give a general configuration for any of the 3 items).<\/li>\n
    6. Select each of the items<\/span> (Calendar, Contacts, To-do) that you desire and change as needed.<\/li>\n
    7. Select item<\/span> sync<\/strong> – change to Yes if desired.<\/li>\n
    8. Select Initial sync <\/strong>– delete from phone will erase all items from the device and replace with those on the Microsoft Exchange<\/a> server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
