How to synchronize your Nokia E series phone with Apps4Rent hosted Exchange server
\n<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

If you have a Nokia E series phone then you can use it to synchronize your Microsoft Exchange<\/a> Mailboxes with Apps4Rent. All Nokia E series phones come with an application Mail For Exchange (Mfe)<\/strong>. If the application Mail For Exchange<\/a> (Mfe) is not installed then you need to install the application by referring the documentation provided for your phone.<\/span><\/p>\n

To configure your Nokia E series device to synchronize your e-mail, calendar, contact and task entries from your Microsoft Exchange<\/a> Mailbox, please follow the steps given below.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. To start Mail for Exchange<\/a><\/strong> go to the Mfe<\/strong> folder on your device.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Select Mail for Exchange<\/strong> icon.<\/span><\/p>\n

NOTE: When you start Mail for Exchange<\/a> for the first time, you are prompted to create a profile. A profile lets you customize how you want Mail for Exchange<\/a> to work. Select Yes to this prompt because to use Mail for Exchange, you need to enter some information in the profile and enter the following details.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

3. Under Connection<\/strong>; enter the following details.
\nExchange Server:<\/strong> webmail.apps4rent.com
\nSecure Connection:<\/strong> Yes
\nAccess Point:<\/strong> Choose your carriers point.
\nSync while Roaming:<\/strong> Select the option of your choice.
\nUse Default port:<\/strong> Yes.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Under Credentials:<\/strong>
\nUsername:<\/strong> You complete username for apps4rent.
\nPassword:<\/strong> Enter your password.
\nDomain:<\/strong> APPS4RENT<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Under Sync Content<\/strong>-choose the contents you wish to Sync.<\/span><\/p>\n

6. Select relevant Sync Schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

7. Under E-mail; enter the following details
\nE-mail Address<\/strong>: enter your Microsoft Exchange e-mail address.<\/span><\/p>\n

8. Press Options<\/strong> and select Save<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
