How to setup your Nokia N76 to sync with Microsoft Exchange Server?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Nokia N76 is a multimedia 3G Smartphone running on Symbian OS platform. Nokia N76 helps you connect with your Outlook mails, notes, calendar, tasks, etc. on the move. How? It\u2019s easy! You can configure your Nokia N76 with Microsoft Exchange Server<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In Nokia N76, the Mail for Exchange comes pre-installed (built into the firmware), so no files need to be downloaded and installed (.sisx files). Perform the following steps to create a Mail for Exchange mailbox:<\/p>\n

  1. Press Menu<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Select Email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  3. Select New<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Select Start<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  5. Enter your Email address <\/strong>for your corporate email account.<\/li>\n
  6. Enter Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  7. Select Mail for Exchange<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  8. Enter User name<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  9. Enter Domain<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  10. Enter Mail for Exchange server name <\/strong>(web address for Exchange server).<\/li>\n
  11. Select Ok<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The PIM data (Contacts, Calendar and To-do’s) synchronization is disabled by default perform the following to enable:<\/p>\n

    1. Select Menu.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Select Email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    3. Select Settings.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. Select Personal Information Manager.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. Select Applications<\/strong> (the following steps will give a general configuration for any of the 3 items).<\/li>\n
    6. Select each of the items<\/span> (Calendar, Contacts, To-do) that you desire and change as needed.<\/li>\n
    7. Select item<\/span> sync<\/strong> – change to Yes if desired.<\/li>\n
