Scenarios for Reference Purposes:<\/span><\/strong> Please note that these scenarios are only for understanding the type of issues which this document might be able to address.\u00a0 The steps are not limited only to these scenarios.<\/p>\n

Scenario 1:<\/strong><\/span> You have synced your device for the first time and the Sent Items have not synchronized.<\/p>\n

Scenario 2:<\/strong><\/span> BlackBerry device was syncing the Sent Items folder properly; but stopped syncing suddenly with no action taken by the user.<\/p>\n

Please follow the instructions below:<\/p>\n

Connect BlackBerry to a computer and sync the BlackBerry sent items using BlackBerry Desktop Manager.<\/p>\n

On the BlackBerry<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

1.)\u00a0 From the main Screen -> Click Messages
\n2.)\u00a0 Click Track wheel for menu items
\n3.)\u00a0 Go to OPTIONS
\n4.)\u00a0 Go to Email Settings
\n5.)\u00a0\u00a0 On “Send Email to Handheld” Click the track wheel for Menu items.
\n6.)\u00a0\u00a0 When the menu items pop up you should see “Folder Redirection” click that.
\n7.)\u00a0\u00a0 Once in folder view, you can select all or certain folders to redirect to.
\n8.)\u00a0\u00a0 Make sure that the Sent Item is selected.<\/p>\n
