However, to do this you need to have appropriate rights. To get relevant rights for Public Folder; please contact your Companies Administrator (person who provided) you the login details for your Apps4Rent Hosted Exchange 2007 Account.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To create a new public folder.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. In the <strong>Navigation Pane<\/strong>, click <strong>Public Folders<\/strong> to view the list of all public folders that are available to you.<br \/>\n2. <strong>Right-click the public folde<\/strong>r in which you want to create a new public folder.<br \/>\n3. Click <strong>Create New Folder<\/strong>.<br \/>\n4. Click the type of folder that you want to create.<br \/>\n5. Type a name for your new public folder.<br \/>\n6. To save your changes, press <strong>ENTER<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note To view your new folder in the public folder list, you may have to refresh your browser.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To delete a public folder.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. In the <strong>Navigation Pane<\/strong>, click <strong>Public Folders<\/strong> to view the list of all public folders that are available to you.<br \/>\n2. <strong>Right-click the public folder<\/strong> that you want to delete.<br \/>\n3. Click <strong>Delete<\/strong> on the menu.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To rename a public folder.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. In the <strong>Navigation Pane<\/strong>,<strong> <\/strong>click <strong>Public Folders<\/strong> to view the list of all public folders that are available to you.<br \/>\n2. <strong>Right-click the public folder<\/strong> that you want to rename, and then <strong> click Rename<\/strong>.<br \/>\n3. Type the new folder name, and then press <strong>ENTER<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>To move or copy a public folder<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can move or copy a public folder by using the following methods.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em><strong>By using drag-and-drop editing.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1. In the <strong>Navigation Pane<\/strong>, click <strong>Public Folders<\/strong> to view the list of all public folders that are available to you.<br \/>\n2. To move a public folder,<strong> drag it to the location<\/strong> that you want.<br \/>\n3. To copy a public folder, hold down the <strong>CTRL key<\/strong> as you drag the folder to the location that you want. A plus sign will appear next to the pointer as you drag the copy.<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>By using the right-click menu.<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1. In the <strong>Navigation Pane<\/strong>, click <strong>Public Folders<\/strong> to view the list of all public folders that are available to you.<br \/>\n2. <strong>Right-click<\/strong> on the folder that you want to move or copy, and then <strong> click Move Folder or Copy Folder<\/strong> from the menu. A new window will appear that shows the folders that you can move or copy to. <strong>Select the folder<\/strong> that you want to move or copy to, and then <strong>click Move or Copy<\/strong>.<br \/>\n3.
