By providing the requested information, you&#8217;re helping us tailor our support to your specific circumstances, ensuring a more effective resolution to the virtual desktop slowness.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 24px;\">1. Exposed IP<\/h2>\n<p>To provide your Exposed IP, please follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Open any browser on your local desktop\/laptop.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Open this link: <a href=\"https:\/\/whatismyipaddress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">https:\/\/whatismyipaddress.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">You will see the IPv4 IP address of your local system. Please take a screenshot and share it with us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2 style=\"font-size: 24px;\">2. Traceroute<\/h2>\n<p>Please perform a traceroute from your local desktop to the virtual desktop. Open multiple command prompt\/terminal windows and perform the test once the other is completed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For Windows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Download the <a href=\"https:\/\/apps4rent.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/Apps4rent_Tracert.zip\" download=\"\">attached zip file<\/a> and extract it on your desktop.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Double-click on the &#8216;<strong>Apps4rent_Tracert.bat<\/strong>&#8216; file.<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">Once the file execution is completed, it will create a <strong>tracert_.txt<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>file<\/strong> on your desktop.
