- Click on the Windows Button and search for Remote Desktop<\/b>.<\/li>\n
- Navigate to the “Local Resources<\/b>” tab on the Remote Desktop Connection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Under Local devices and resources<\/b>, tick the Printers<\/b> tab.<\/li>\n
- Go to the General tab and click on Save<\/b>.<\/li>\n
- Enter your credentials and click on Connect<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
You should be able to send a print command through your Virtual Desktop. Take a test printout.<\/p>\n

Follow the steps below to access the Print Spooler.<\/p>\n

- Press the start button and \u2018R\u2019 to access the Run window.<\/li>\n
- Type services.msc<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

- Check the status on Print Spooler<\/b> to make sure the service is running.<\/li>\n
- If the service is not running, right-click on the Print Spooler<\/b> and click Start<\/b>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
