How to resolve certificate error in Microsoft Outlook.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you are getting the certificate error in Outlook and you want to get rid of it then you need to make the changes to the DNS of your domain name including CName in autodiscover record.  These changes can be done either by your registrar or by logging into the control panel of your registrar.<\/p>\n

First you need to remove the CName which you have set for autodiscover record.  After removing the CName; you need to set the SRV record.<\/p>\n

Here are the SRV records which you need to provide to your registrar.<\/p>\n

Service:<\/strong> _autodiscover
\nProtocol:<\/strong> _tcp
\nName:<\/strong> @
\nPriority:<\/strong> 0
\nWeight:<\/strong> 0
\nPort:<\/strong> 443
\nTarget:<\/strong> autodiscover.apps4rent.com<\/p>\n

NOTE:<\/strong><\/span> Not all registrars have this option in there control panel.  You may have to contact them to have the changes done; to the SRV record.  This procedure may be complicated; however this is the only known procedure to get rid of the certificate error.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
