The following document will help you to block the unwanted IPs from accessing your Virtual Desktop or Server. <\/p>\n

Follow the below steps to control the access with a new rule: <\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Right Click on Start button.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on Run.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Type wf.msc<\/strong> and Enter.<\/strong><\/li>\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \"\"<\/p>\n

  4. Right Click on Inbound Rules<\/strong> and Click on New Rule.<\/strong><\/li>\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \"\"<\/p>\n

  5. Select Port from Rule Type<\/strong> Wizard and click Next.<\/strong><\/li>\n

  6. Click on TCP<\/strong> and Enter port number 25569<\/strong> in Specific Local Ports, <\/strong>click Next<\/strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Select Allow the connection, <\/strong>click Next.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. Select Domain, Private<\/strong> and Public<\/strong>, click Next.<\/strong><\/li>\n

  9. Enter Rule Name (Allow Remote Desktop<\/strong>), click Finish.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  10. Click Inbound Rules<\/strong>. Open the Rule (Allow Remote Desktop) <\/strong>that you have created.<\/li>\n

  11. Select Scope<\/strong> and under Remote IP Address<\/strong> section, select These IP addresses <\/strong>and add the IPs from which you want to allow the access. Rest all the IPs will be by default blocked.<\/li>\n

    Create UDP Rule<\/strong><\/p>\n

  12. Right click on Start.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  13. Click on Run<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  14. Type wf.msc<\/strong> and press Enter<\/strong> key.<\/strong><\/li>\n

  15. Right click on Inbound Rules<\/strong> and click New Rule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

  16. Select port from Rule Type Wizard<\/strong>, click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

  17. Click UDP<\/strong>. Enter the port number 25569 in Specific Local Ports.<\/strong><\/li>\n

  18. Select Allow the connection<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  19. Select Domain, Private and Public Profile<\/strong>, click Next<\/strong>.<\/li>\n

  20. Enter Rule Name (Allow Remote Desktop) and Click Finish.<\/li>\n
  21. Open the Rule Allow Remote Desktop from Inbound Rules<\/li>\n

  22. Select Scope and Add the IP addresses in Remote IP Address section then Click OK.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
