Exchange 2013 customers can reset password from Outlook Web App.\u00a0 Alternately, administrators for SharePoint or Exchange 2013 services can reset the password by following these steps.<\/p>\n

1. Login into Control Panel at https:\/\/cp.dataoncloud.com<\/a><\/p>\n

2. Click on Hosted Organizations.<\/p>\n

3. Click on Organization Name.<\/p>\n

4. Click on Users.<\/p>\n

5. Click on user for whom you want to reset the password.<\/p>\n

6. Enter the new password.<\/p>\n

Minimum Criteria for Password:
\n\uf076 Passwords cannot contain the user\u2019s account name or parts of the user\u2019s full name that exceed two consecutive characters.
\n\uf076 Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length.
\n\uf076 Passwords must contain characters from at least three of the following four categories:
\ni. English uppercase alphabet characters (A\u2013Z)
\nii. English lowercase alphabet characters (a\u2013z)
\niii. Base 10 digits (0\u20139)-Atleast 2 numbers.
\nNon-alphanumeric characters (for example, !$#,%)<\/p>\n
