{"id":10790,"date":"2012-12-14T16:24:53","date_gmt":"2012-12-14T20:24:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/apps4rent.com\/support\/?p=10790"},"modified":"2014-07-22T17:09:18","modified_gmt":"2014-07-22T21:09:18","slug":"create-custom-e-mail-rules-all-users","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.apps4rent.com\/support\/kb\/article\/create-custom-e-mail-rules-all-users","title":{"rendered":"How to create custom email rules for all users?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>NOTE<\/strong>:\u00a0 This is only for our Hosted Exchange 2007 and Hosted Exchange 2010 customers and is only for Org\/Company administrators.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Company Level:<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0\u00a0 Changes done here will affect all your users.\u00a0 In other words, when you create a rule here; and if a mail is received with the specified rule for any of your e-mail address then the action will be based on the rule you have defined by following this article.<\/p>\n<p>Creating a Custom Rule.<\/p>\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0 Visit <a href=\"https:\/\/safe.hostmailserver.com\" target=\"_blank\">https:\/\/safe.hostmailserver.com<\/a>.<br \/>\n2.\u00a0\u00a0 Login with the username and password.<br \/>\n3.\u00a0\u00a0 From the top right hand corner click on \u201cChange Streams\u201d.<br \/>\n4.\u00a0\u00a0 From the drop down click on Default.\u00a0 If you do not see anything from the drop down; then you are not the administrator of the Org\/Company.\u00a0 This might be due to the fact that you have not logged in with the username which starts with admin@domanname.com.<br \/>\n5.\u00a0\u00a0 Click on \u201cView this Stream\u201d.<br \/>\n6.\u00a0\u00a0 Click on Rules.<br \/>\n7.\u00a0\u00a0 Click on Custom Rules.<br \/>\n8.\u00a0\u00a0 From the drop down in the field, select the relevant field.\u00a0 For Example &#8216;Subject&#8217;; In the &#8220;Relation&#8221; field select &#8220;Contains&#8221;; In the Data field enter the data for example; if you are setting a rule for mails with Subject Line &#8220;Rolex&#8221; then enter the word Rolex.<br \/>\n9.\u00a0\u00a0 In the Score Filed; enter the Score you want to assign to the mail.\u00a0 You can add more comments for future reference.<br \/>\n10.\u00a0 Click on Submit changes button.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NOTE:\u00a0 This is only for our Hosted Exchange 2007 and Hosted Exchange 2010 customers and is only for Org\/Company administrators.
