I can’t view my offline address book in Outlook

Please follow the steps below to fix issues with your offline address book:
1. Ensure CName entry for autodiscover.<your_domain_name.com> -> autodiscoverredirect.apps4rent.com is set.
2. Open Outlook and download Offline Address Book – Tools – Send & Receive Settings – Download Offline Address Book
