Symptoms:
Getting error Your IMAP server has closed the connection. This may occur if you have left the connection idle for too long. Account: ‘mail1.apps4rent.com’, Server: ‘mail1.apps4rent.com’, Protocol: IMAP, Server Response: ‘Connection is closed. 15′, Port: 993, Secure(SSL): Yes, Error Number: 0x800CCCDD’
RESOLUTION:
Logon to OWA and check if there is any duplicate folder created in the list of folders. Remove them and reconfigure Outlook.
