Export Entourage to Archive
Step by step instruction on how to export the data (i.e., emails, contacts, calendar, notes and tasks) in Microsoft Entourage 2008 to an Entourage archive file (.rge).

1. To export data, select Export under File in the menu bar.
2. Select Export emails, Tasks, Contacts, Calendar and Notes click on the arrow for next screen.
3. Select No to keep the items in Entourage after they are Archived. Click On Arrow for next screen .
4. Choose the location and type the Filename for the file, make sure the extension should be .rge and click on Save.
5. Click on Done on the next Screen.
This will save all your Microsoft Entourage 2008 e-mails, tasks, contacts, calendar and notes into an Entourage archive file (.rge file).
