How to Initiate License Mobility

Initiating License Mobility is a very simple process.

You need to make sure that the application server licenses you want to deploy has active Microsoft Software Assurance coverage. The list given above with PUR should help you.
Sign-up with us for our managed server offerings. We will assign a representative for you, who will work with you in getting this setup and move the licenses.
Customers who wish to use License Mobility through Software Assurance need to complete license verification process. The verification procedure is available in the following Microsoft Document.

Please note that the document mentions “Authorized Mobility Partners”, which is “Apps4Rent” in this case.

Once the form has been filled; Microsoft will provide a confirmation to you as well as us. You can choose to deploy the specific application server software before the verification is completed; however, the customer is responsible for managing the licenses; true-up or renewals.
